European Central Bank (ECB) raises its benchhmark rate .25bps.
Bank of Japan (BOJ) may look to tweak its yield curve control policy and let benchmark rates go over 0.5%. This would encourage Japanese investors (largest net purchasers of US treasuries) to allocate more capital to Japan.
US pending home sales come in at 0.3%; est: -0.5%.
Anheuser-Busch InBev Bud Light plans to layoff about 2% of its workforce.
